Happy Lights of Miami is hiring a remote project manager in Latin America. You’ll coordinate the install schedules, stay in touch with our crews and keep customers updated — from the second a project starts to the second it wraps up. Fluent, natural English required. Paid in USD.

    Negotiable with experience. About 40 hours a week, paid every two weeks by direct deposit.

What we can’t flex on

Without you, nothing happens.

Every install, every fix and every customer update runs through you. It’s work from home, but it’s a real responsibility: the crews wait on your schedule and the customers wait on your call. If you need someone to chase you, this isn’t the role.
