Every home is different — rooflines, eaves, palms, accents, ground lighting. After a free 15-minute call we'll quote you an exact, all-inclusive flat price. No surprise add-ons, no upcharge for fixing a strand mid-season. Most homes land between $1,800–$6,500 for the full season.
Design, all materials (pro-grade C9 bulbs & commercial LEDs), installation, mid-season repairs (48-hr response), takedown after New Year's, and off-season storage in our climate-controlled warehouse. You don't store a single bulb.
You're renting. Bulbs, strands, clips, timers, and off-season storage all stay with us — nothing lives in your garage between seasons. Because your lights are already custom-cut and measured for your home, every year you renew, your price drops 15% off the first-year quote.
As early as you can. We design and order materials in August–September. Most install slots between mid-November and Thanksgiving fill by early October — especially in Coral Gables, Pinecrest, and Key Biscayne.

Yes — we carry $2M in general liability insurance. We can send proof of insurance directly to your HOA or property manager. Every member of our crew is a trained, vetted employee.
